I had a similar problem with my setup (listed below).
My system was unstable over 180FSB and would produce errors randomly in IE.
My solution to the problem was 3 things....
1) replaced my Enermax 550W PSU with the Antec True 550W.
solved HALF my problems.
2) Moved my DIMMS to the closest slots to the CPU.
3) Restored my OS from a disk image I had before I started OC.
YOu can see below what became of those changes.
I would recommend that you replace your PSU; that should help a LOT with stability.
