Default i have been warned..

well i was told about a new psu so i think a new one is going to be bought.. you say the antec true power... 550W, that would be enough?
im told so many different things about psu's i have no idea whats good and whats bad.. could someone just outline a few points about them for me? cheers
well i was thinking of getting another chip anyways... this one dont clock as well.. oh quick question there.. are you ok to overclock the nuts off of it the first day or is it best to bed it in for a bit? i dunno like a week or something?
this is the replacement cpu if i did get one.. is it going to be a good clocker or not?
