I just thought of this, if it doesn't work someone stop him. Find out how much heat the processor you want to use it on generates at full load ( I think P4 is 80 watts.) So go generate 80 watts of heat, I can do this thanks to my school science department

. Then get the temperature of the water. I guses that would work.
