Let me give you a tip first: if your PC is exposed to that 110 deg F, then forget about pelt and refrigeration units: the devices will add heat to your room!

In your position I would consider a simple watercooling loop. If you really want to do something funky, then bury a tank underground, to release your heat, like Bladerunner did. If everything works well, you should get your CPU temps down by 20 deg C.

It'll also be very, very quiet
