Well, if you can live with it... but I'd still go with a simple watercooling loop, also because it's a first time, and you'll probably pick up a few tips and pointers on the way.

A good waterblock will get you up to 15 deg C above ambient, and that means a max of 55 deg C, if your room temp is 40 deg C. And that's a load temp, not idle.
