wow dude, that looks very nice, I made a similar one a while back, havent gotten around to testing it because Im testing other waterblocks. Mine looks nothing like yours(prettyness) on the inside, I used a 7/64ths drill bit .125" apart and connected the channels diagonally and criss cross because the flow was really low.
the total size of it is also 1.5x1.5" 5/16" thick. anodized aluminum top, red
with black barbs.
I gotta give it a shot after Im done testing these blocks..
