it must not be apple calling them that, because jobs doesn't seem to want to have anything to do with amd, in comparative tests or in admittance he's using their tech.
if i were amd i'm not sure i'd want them called that because they are such de-tuned versions of the chip.
ah well, i'm almost over my rant. probably not going to get one of these for work at all... but i am thinking about getting like the bottom-end ibook because they're not too expensive, and *small* with a wonderful screen and long life battery. i'm just thinking it'd be a nice little toy to take with me to the coffee house and some trips where i won't be working, but need to stay in touch. haven't seen a pc that small that cheap. definitely not with the battery and screen. then again all i'm going to use it for is email, messenger clients, and web browsing
