Well Dell nicely ****ed up the order so I am more than likely NOT getting a Dell 1900FP now. going to go with a Samsung 191T for cheaper and better warranty. Its the exact same monitor as the 1900FP

looked and none at 19" were low response time (16ms) that were under 1200$ This ones 25ms, so its not terrible
