Let this be a lesson. Use fitted and glued PVC for a good res and only use good tubing (i.e. tygon or clearflex 60) with clamps at every joint. This leaves your only points of failure at the radiator (hopefully you won't be corroding it, right?) and the pump (which should be sealed good, right?). If done right, a watercooling system should be absolutely bulletproof.
