Oh, and this is while eating six slices of bacon with my three egg mushroom, cheese, and pepper omelet this morning. If everything goes well, I'll be over the -10 lbs point by friday.
It's interesting that when you look at diet from a historical perspective, it wasn't until the last 50 yrs that carbohydrates became such a large percentage on calorie intake (the average american eats 800cal of sugar alone). Prior to then, fat was the primary calorie source and people weren't obese like today, and they didn't have as much heart troubles ... just a thought. The greeks eat tons of fat and very little carbs as a whole, and they have the lowest rate of heart disease and one of the longest life expectancies in europe. *shrugs*

Fat does not necessarly mean chlolesterol...do a google on Choleserol.
