Sorry no pics of my setup. I needed some way of attaching the radiator to the side of the box so my dad stepped in and made some wooden frames. The pic shows the top frame and the bottom is basically the same.



I placed the pump inside the box and ran the tubes out the side, one of which goes through a small airtrap/resevoir I made from PVC piping.



The airtrap was an afterthought, which if I were doing again, would be mounted inside the box instead of outside as it is now.

I also placed fiberglass ceiling tile pieces on the walls of the box to lower the sound levels but it only did so by about 3db which I don't think is worth the trouble.

I use a single 120mm 12V fan on the opposite side of the box from the radiator so the box acts as a shroud to spread the air out. The fan I'm using is connected to an old 12V transformer which is in turn connected to a fan dimmer so I can lower it's speed. I had a 120V AC fan at first but it made this annoying resonating sound so I took it off.
