I went and picked up my mill. I just milled 1/64 around the pipes to they should actually go INTO the holes a little now. That should (in theory) increase the impingment effect as the water will be forced into the hole. Otherwise a lot of water can just escape through the gap. Sealing it up now and will see how it works out but first I am going to completely redo my tests. Going to test my Volcano 6cu+, the Maze 4, and then a few of my blocks and compare the results. I am just not satisfied with the results I am getting and need to double check my testing system....
