Sadly I don't remember were I saw the 230W 50x50mm peltier. It was at som peltier manufacturers site (I think it was a US company??). Later I read a thread in the forum at Tekheads.co.uk that someone is asking around if anyone is interested in buying those peltiers. Perhaps there is more info over there. I have linked to the thread in one of my posts above. (Their forum may be down at the moment)
