have you checked out Servercases ?

They have a few good ones. Look at the YY Cube case and it should fit your needs. ( but it has 6 5.25 & modding req.)

I dont think ýou´ll find a "big" tower or cube case that does not have more then 4 5.25" bays. Thats usally the reasone why they are called Server Cases
