What size of a radiator would I need for a watercooling setup so that I didn't need to attach a fan to it?

I have access to a lot of car radiators (almost any shape and size). Does anyone know how big a problem would corrosion be if I used Al blocks. I have some Al pieces available and don't really want the additional hassle of getting Cu.

I'm planning on cooling my Athlon 1800+, a GPU (when I get a decent one, still running a TNT2

) and possibly also my PSU.
