Default Pump Question

Well, I'm finally getting around to building a watercooled system.

One of my most important requirements is low noise. I expect a huge boost in my overclock as my current HSF is a Thermalright AX-7 with an 18 CFM NMB fan.

I'm thinking about a Maze 3 and danger den z chipset block, though maybe I'll splurge and spend an extra $25 on a whitewater... what do you guys think?

The tricky part though is the pump. I was orginally thinking a Hydor L30. But I was at the local hardware store today, and I looked at their pumps. I saw what I beleive is this one : http://www.wholesalepumps.com/Product.cfm?DID=16&PID=70 though I didn't think to write down the model number. That one is at least a very close model, with the same flow/head. After shipping, it will be about the same cost as the hydor L30, but with twice the head it is very tempting. I'm concerned about heat and noise though. Anyone used this pump or a similar one? As long as its not too noisy I can probably have a bit of fun getting its noise within my limits, but I have no idea what it's like. Searching the forums didn't show much results.
