As a marketing survey, you'd want a sample of your target audience. The problem with a Forum inquiry, is that you're not allowed to advertise a commercial product in them, unless it's to discuss the working principle. (hint hint). So ideally, your sampling should be on your target audience, the one that's going to be the recipient of your marketing campaign.
