Let's see just how much difference there would be:

Thermal conductivity of PURE metals:

Aluminium - 1460 BTU-in/hr-ft²-°F
Copper - 2670 BTU-in/hr-ft²-°F
Silver - 2910 BTU-in/hr-ft²-°F

Silver is only 9% more thermally conductive than copper. Copper is 82.9% more thermally conductive than Aluminum. It is easy to see why people would choose copper over aluminum, but the price/performance ratio for silver isn't worth it. But hey, I guess if you want a 0.05 to 0.30 degree (rough estimate) decrease in temps, go ahead and get it.
