Yes. I saw one of those at our local harbor freight and they are not great. the table was sloppy and generally cheesy parts. But if you think a $10 bilge pump from Wal Mart is "quality" then this is excellent equipment!

They would have to pay me to take that off their hands.

Also Brass is a hell of a lot easier to mill than Copper. Thats why they made it into brass so it could be worked with easier than copper but still maintain a good strength. Other reasons aswell.
