It's a point you've made before, and by now you're starting to sound like a broken record.

What is it you're looking for? The entire world to agree with your point of view? People spend their money how they see fit, and you can be sure that they don't feel the compulsion to check with you as their financial advisor.

The same of thing is often said of people who buy the latest video card, the latest CPU or motherboard. The same can also be said of people who "hot rod" their cars. It's very similar. Almost everyone on the planet has a hobby of some kind that they will pour near irrational amounts of money into, because it is the hobby itself that rewards the individual, not the possessions or the amount of money spent on an item.

Everyone's perception of worth and value is unique to that individual. It may not make sense to you, but they're also not asking you to understand, at least not with as much effort as you seem to be pouring into convincing yourself that you're right and others are wrong. Everyone doesn't have to share your opinion.
