You could use one 350W ATX PSU and combine the 5V, 3,3V and 12V to get a nice voltage for one pelt. You must use diodes when doing this.

The voltage the pelt will recieve is: (12 + 5 + 3,3) - (3 * 0,7) = 18,2V
