There are a few sites that sell relay kits that can do what you want. Most require you to cut out a hole in your case for the plug and cut the plug off of your pump, and wire it to the device. You can of course DIY by finding an unused ps, canabalizing the plug, and buy a 110-115vac 12vdc relay.
