I'm going for a phase change system too, i have two 172W TEC´s and a dangeden Maze2-2 copper, that is gonig to be cooled by water, and the water cooled by a phase change system.
with water, if the compressor stop working you will have some time to shutdown the computer before your cpu burn out, if you have the evaporator right on top of the cpu if the compressor fails, pray that you have luck to prevent a meltdown.
