Finnally someone else jumped on the Thermotek surplus bandwagon!!! Congrats.

1. I've removed the controller from mine. Took awhile to figure out what I needed to send to the PS to get the right output.

2. My water temps are about 16C below ambient with the tt252 running full out. (10-12C at idle, 11-14C load) and I don't get any condensation at all. I do still have airflow thru the case. I think that helps.

3. I have a Iwaki 30RZ and another tt252 that I plan on using to build a chiller. I already have modified one of the heat exchangers to use 3/8NPT instead of the 1/4 that they come as. I've said I don't use the controller. That is a recent development (within the last week).

4. I'm still using an original Swiftech WB. Not the best for sure. So my temps on the CPU suffer. I do plan to upgrade with a Cascade or homebuilt as time and money permit.

Yes I do think the pump is limiting your temps a little, but remember the tt252 only has 250 watts of pelts inside. The mod's I have done are not for the faint hearted. I've been around electronics (my job) for 20+ years.
