no, that is from the mfgrs data
I have verified it at 2 flow rates by summing the flow resistances of the system components to predict the flow rate and it seems accurate (±5% ?)
- but really accurate values are needed for each item

next time I have it on I'll measure the deadhead pressure (the easy part)

what you need is to generate a head loss curve for your flow meter,
then put that as directly as possible on the pump discharge after your throttling valve - set horizontally
now read the pressure across the pump inlet and outlet and correct for your meter
hmm, I think you'll need the pressure drop across the valve also
