Anyone have a good site that outlines the Atkins diet? From what I've read, it sound really similar to that Body for Life stuff (High protein, < 15g carbs/day, excercise) I have that book, just not the Atkins book. Anyone have experience as to similarities?
BTW, I'm 6'9" and 290 Lbs, so I'm looking to drop about 35 Lbs, if there are any other suggestions, I'll try them out.
