I think the chevette core will be sufficient , as long it has a decent airflow. However, i think you should try to get a bigger one, something like one of
these . Or the biggest you can fit on your case.
As pump goes, if you dont already bought one, try the
MCP600. The info from Swiftech and BillA gave states that it's considerably better than the Eheim, and it's 12v, so you can connect it to the PSU (althou it a bit pricey, but then again, so is the Eheim). But both ( the MCP600 or the Eheim) are enough, imo.
