I once tryed to coat the area around my cpu with dieletric grease and then silicon over it, only thing i got some water on it when installing a line and it went under the silicon and i had to peel it all off "that realy sucked" so now i use the grease and fiber glass, yes fiber glass all around the cpu so far i've got down to 16F with out the cpu overclocked with no problem.
