seriously, the market horizon will be much different then. just wait it out until you're closer to being ready, keep your eye on the market and the toys, then decide based on the available equipment when you're there.
i'm not saying don't look at the toys and keep up on everything, quite the opposite.
but there's no need to make a list for a mainboard and processor and such for something that you're going to buy in 3 months. just my 2cents.

and i thank you for them

im just getting all nervous and also excited but im worried that i might make the wrong decision and end up wasting hard earned cash.. i just like to plan so i know what i can buy and just go out and get it, hopefully at a lower price than what i was looking at previously..
i was looking on pcworlds (dont ask) web site and i noticed that they had a xp3000 setup for £610.. i though it was good, nice graphics card (i think it was a 9600 pro) 512mbs of memory and i though would it be worth buying that and then selling all the parts i dont want? i answered.. no!! i figured i would have to spend out another £250 on it to get what I wanted! no good what so ever!!
you see what i mean tho??? looking at stuff like that.. i must be going mental...
but thanks for your advice.. i know what case and psu i want anyways, its just the cpu, motherboard and memory that im not sure about! but thank you
