Try reinstalling the heatsink/WB!!! I had a machine that would give me weird memory/video type errors and couldn't narrow it down. The heatsink was not on quite straight. The temps were all good but I would get pauses, bsod's, lockups. I just reinstalled the HS and it all went away. Temps were about the same but stability was rock solid after the reinstall.
Just one more thing to try.
