In my case, montreal steak is taking a big-ass slab of top sirloin and sprinkling montreal steak seasoning on it before turning on the grill. There is this shake-on seasoning I found at the grocery store in the spice isle for $2 that makes lazy-man's steak just awesome.
It is mostly just salt, peppers, and a few odd spices, but it makes all the difference in a world where you can't have any steak sauce. Know what I mean?
