I need to lose weight. I'll be starting on the Atkins diet this coming week. I'm 240+ at 6'2". That's just damn unacceptable. I'll be doing mostly cardiovascular workouts to help burn calories.
I'm hoping to lose 40+ lb's. I know not all of my body mass is fat, because I work manual labor where I move 13,000 to 17,000 lb's of material a day. I just eat too much, and don't burn anything off.
