Hummm, that looks like the fake WW from that drawing that was being given away freely. I hope you remeasured everything as that drawing was not to accurate. Also all that extra metal on one side of the block is not needed and shouldn't have been in that fake drawing. Also I don't remember the inlet was offset to fit directly over the die of the CPU. Thats what tipped me off that it was indeed that fake drawing. Also the o-ring groove is way to wide. The screw holes also look to far apart and to close to the mounting holes. Also note if it doesn't have the offset for the inlet all you have to do is remake the middle peice and move the slot over a little.
Still should work ok though. If you can't get the O ring to seal add two extra screw holes in the middle of the others. I would get rid of all that extra metal on the one side to make mounting a little easier and less meatal to store heat for no reason.
