I see what you mean about instantaneous response to temp changes.

Now I see them pics, thanks. A little different than what I thought from the discussion. Here's some paint slop to show you what I thought it would look like.

If you got two loops goin, why not three?

Edit, just noticed that tiny spout in the center, at first glance I thought it was for inserting a temp probe, but is that for a central water chamber?
