I wanted to let everyone know that I recieved a check from Michael this afternoon refunding my $13.00
As far as I'm concerned this ends the deal, so long as the check doesn't bounce (Which I don't expect!).
As I mentioned before, I'm not real happy about this, as I am still out the postage to send him my original check, and then to return the bad tubing.
However it is not fair to expect Michael to pay that, and I didn't.
Given the circumstances, I am as happy as I can be, and will give Mike some credit for handling the refund in a timely manner once I got him moving on it.
Since there has now effectively been no transaction, Heat is not relevant, but if I were doing a Heat or E-bay rating, I would give a Neutral, with a comment like: "Description moderately deceptive, but did give refund when asked to do so."
