I can't see myself going off this diet because I REALLY want to lose the weight and I believe this will work. I guess if after a couple weeks I was actually heavier then maybe I'd say **** it and grab a beer and some cake, but otherwise I am in it until I am trim again. Being able to add coffee back in moderation will be a big plus in a few weeks though; I can't get my life in order sleeping 8-10 hours per day.
