The diet is definitely working now; I was peeing all yesterday evening and was thirsty as hell. I am going to start weighing every am after peeing I think to get more reliable readings. 218.5 today so I am definitely making progress. I weighed in the 224-226 range several times over the weeks before starting the diet.
I am really starting to feel better now; stayed up later last night and still popped out of bed this morning. Going to find time tonight for soldering up a tbredb for temp readings and testing out some heatsinks. I can get a LOT more done when I am not drinking beer all evening
