Default want to make window AC waterchiller, couple questions

I'm looking to build a new water chiller out of a window AC that I can run 24/7 (opposed to 4 hours like the one I have now). I'm going to be cooling my CPU and Video card.

I'd like my water temps to be 0C, but the lower the better (that goes without saying ) Will a 5,000 BTU be enough?

About how long will the water take to get cold?

Can I use 2 or 3 120CFM fans instead of the fan the comes inside the Window Unit?

Am I going to kill myself or start a fire, or get hurt?

Do I just use the controls on the window unit to run it on high speed all the time?

This is what I was planning to get -

-5,000 BTU window unit AC,(6000BTU if needed)
-pipe bender
-cooler, or 2 rubbermaid containers, one bigger then the other and sparying insulation between them.
-Insulation for hose, waterblocks, and whatever else needs it.
-Windsheld wiper fluid and gas line antifreeze.

This is what I alread have-

-Clearflex hose
-Swiftech MCW5000 water block with custom mounting hardware.
-Swiftech MCW50 water block.

Any tips, suggestions, ect would would be greatly appresheated (<- I live for the day forums have a built in spell check )

Thank You.
