I told you, pH: your body does adjust. If you are having good success without the coffee it may be time for you to consider dropping it altogether ... it doesn't do you any good, that's for sure. If you don't need it then why drink it?

I've grown used to beating the alarm clock in the morning ... it almost never has a chance to go off because I wake up 20 minutes early now. I rarely if ever have any caffiene intake anymore. I think I'm better for it.

Just wait until your used-to-be-tight pants need a sturdy belt to cinch them closed. It won't take too much longer. I dropped over two inches in my first two weeks.
