The hydor is $50 (for the l30) was this the inexpensive one?

If you have 1 block, you really don't need the head. What is the cheapest pump that can perform relatively well for under $30? The reason I ask this is, there has to be away to get a pump that will "work", but won't break the bank. I think im gonna do some searching. Any comments on solid, but low price pumps are welcome...
