I belive the max temp rating for a P4 is 80C?, they are pretty damn near imposible to kill from heat though cause of thermal throtling, they just start down clocking themselves when they get to hot.

before I put the water cooling setup on my system and before I O/Ced it I was running around 48-50C under full load, that's with the heatsink that come packaged with the retail CPU.
