Yeah, I had to make sure that the nylon (white/yellow) part fit snugly inside the (black) housing/cap, and it wasn't easy! It only fits by putting pressure on it, for a tight fit on the black pins, until it stops into the right position, notched, which is also when the springs don't pop out the sides.
