This is where it gets tough for the guys. When maximized, Windows is in a window that terminates in the upper right. Any maximized windows app then has another close button right below it. Not too difficult to handle, but then I work with some people that can't figure out how to create bookmarks either (and they've been shown ... repeatedly). The dual taskbars at the bottom are nice ... hehe.
