easy way to figure it out, is to hold the board up to a light.... if the locations of the holes are nice and see-through..... no little lines, then your a lucky-B. if not. well ... you tried
. if it's not see-through at all, it means Vcc and Gnd covers it, and the chances of tracing crossing through is virtually guaranteed.
