Default Ready for TEC, have a few ???'s

Okay, I've gone about as far as I can with water cooling, and I'm ready to make the jump to Thermoelectric cooling. I've decided on the Maze4-1 setup with a 226w TEC, and a meanwell 320-12 PSU. My questions really concerns the rest of the components in my watercooling loop, well my GPU to be exact. My current w/c'ing setup consists of a Mag3 pump, 1/2" tubing, an 11x5/14x2 radiator with a custom shroud and 2 120mm panaflo's, a WW cpu block and a DD Maze4 on my 9800 pro. I'll obviously be ditching the WW block and using the remaining system to cool the pelt on the cpu. My question is, if I leave the GPU block in the loop, is the heat from the pelt going to make my water to hot to effectively cool the GPU. If so, I'm planning on upgrading the Maze4 GPU block to run an 80w pelt. So my next question is, can I run the 80w pelt off my Antec truepower 430 PSU since I understand you can't run both pelts off the meanwell. If I can, are there any good articles on how to rig up an 80w pelt to a regular power supply? And finally, what kind of temps do you think I can acheive on my 2500+ (running 2.53 GHz @ 1.93v)? I'm getting idle temps ~33C and load ~39C(temp probe mounted on backside of CPU.) with 26C ambient temps on my current wc'ing rig.
