ok guys you've convinced me.... i'm gonna get healthy too.
my situation's a bit different though. i'm a shorter guy, 5'7", and about 135lbs. so my plan is to put on some weight, but in the right places. of course i could just start working out, but what do you guys suggest? or where do you suggest looking for some good info? everyone here seems pretty well informed, especially airspirit. anything's appreciated.
