The output is just screw clamps, isn't it? You'll have to solder wires onto the TECs regardless, in order to lengthen the leads (I recommend high gauge wire, like 12 gauge), so when you are doing that it is relatively trivial to wire up the two TECs in parallel.

As to condensation prevention, it's not a big deal if you do it correctly. I would recommend getting an MCW462-UHT if you're worried about it, because Swiftech provides the condensation proofing.

As to temperatures you will achieve... that really depends on a large number of variables, so it's impossible to say beforehand.
