Default How much more MHz will a pelt get me?

Okay, I'm a newbie to pelts/water cooling, and am considering getting a 156W pelt and a water cooling kit from www.dangerden.com . I've read up on water/pelt cooling and ask for advice in another forum, infact one person who gave me advice told me to go to this website, but I was wondering if I will really get THAT much more out of my CPU with a peltier. I have an Epox 8K7A+ on the way and I know a place that sells AYHJAR Y AMD CPUs. My dilema is, is it worth the $300+ on a water cooling system if I will only get just a little bit more out of my CPU compared to your standard HSF? (In my case I plan on getting a Swiftech 462A or an Alpha PAL8035). I know you guys have more experience in this than me, so lay down some advice, let me know just how much more MHz you go with your pelts and is it worth spending $300+ on a water/pelt system vs. $60 to $80 on a Swiftech MC462A or Alpha PAL8035 HSF with Delta 80mm fan. Thanks all.
