Those test results stretch believeability somewhat. The TIM joint itself usually has at least a 0.05C/W doesn't it? That would imply that there is NO deltaT associated with wb and that the TIM is 100% the limiting factor.
Nonetheless I guess the graphs suggest it's a good performer
