Bust Monitor
OK I have a 17" CRT that finally went on me - I'm pretty sure something is loose inside as it was moved around a lot previously and only by wiggling the signal wire was I able to draw out its life another week.
A bust cable I have ruled out but in case I don't find out the cause of the "injury" I have pretty much got a bust CRT monitor on my hands.
Does anyone know of anything worth nabbing on the inside, that could be useful elsewhere? Maybe there is a tiny TEC in amoungst the dust I doubt it but is there some gem of hardware worth nabbing of it?
